Daniel R. Ramirez, MA, NCC, LPC
Daniel is licensed in the State of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor and has been working with adults, adolescents and family units for over 15 years assisting with a wide range of life challenges.
Daniel draws from many therapeutic disciplines and chooses the approach that appears to be the most effective for each individual client. Daniel is practical and down-to-earth in his approach and he believes it is crucial that a client feel comfortable with their therapist. Daniel's focus as a counselor is to meet the client's needs and provide an honest, fresh perspective.
Daniel's experience ranges from social work for Dallas, Plano and Houston Independent School Districts to counseling involving chemical dependency, anger management, marriage & family counseling and juvenile truancy. His involvement in developing and mentoring college readiness and drug & gang prevention groups has given him the opportunity to speak at several public events and educational conferences. Currently Daniel is a professor at Eastfield College teaching Individual & Group Counseling Theories.
